Larisa Brechun

November 14–December 5 , 2O26

Larisa Brechun (b. 1988) is an artist living and working in a small town north of San Antonio, Texas. She discovered her passion for art early in life and went on to study at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she began refining the visual language that defines her work today.

Over the past fourteen years, Larisa has developed a deeply personal approach to oil painting, focusing on figurative subjects that explore mood, atmosphere, and the quiet tension of light and texture. Her paintings often seem to exist in the space between stillness and emotion — moments suspended in thought.
Brechun’s work is grounded in calm strength and quiet beauty rather than self-disclosure. Each canvas feels like a private reflection, offered generously to the viewer — a glimpse into a world where light, texture, and emotion do the talking.
